1. Returns & Exchanges
● We accept returns or exchanges only in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
● Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product to report any defect or issue.
● To process a return or exchange, you must provide a clear description of the issue along with photographic or video evidence of the defect or damage.
● Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Used, damaged, or altered items are not eligible for return.
● Custom-made, digital, or personalized items are non-returnable, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
2. Refunds
● Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
● Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
● If a replacement is preferred instead of a refund, we will send the replacement product at no additional cost.
● Refunds are not applicable for services that have already been rendered or for digital/downloadable items.
